Reporting to the Director change management and process excellence and in close collaboration with the Process Excellence Leadership team, the Senior Analyst process excellence and continues improvement is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve internal processes, measuring, and documenting current state using different visualization tools, and collaborating with SMEs and business leads to facilitate improvements to maximize efficiency. They will support a wide range of business stakeholders across multiple departments to assist with realization of organizational goals through process review and optimization. In collaboration with process experts and champions they help establishing and driving a culture of continuous process improvement throughout the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. in compliance with CRC Quality Policy and Quality Framework. As a Senior Analyst, process excellence and continuous improvement, you will: Work closely with the teams, project manager(s), cross-functional representatives, and other key stakeholders to understand pain points, assess, document, and prioritize business processes Capture compliance, documentation and reporting requirements within processes, analyse, interpret, develop, and align requirements for processes and workflows Facilitate the knowledge transfer of the specific processes to the relevant business units and participate in business process workshops with stakeholder groups Analyse existing and define new processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness from a client-centred, organizational and risk mitigation perspective Analyse and report on gaps between the current and future state of business environments Trace processes and process maps from business and stakeholder requirements Analyze and suggest improvements in effectiveness, efficiency and services provided (metrics, reports) Ensure that developed standards and guidelines are followed, and recommend changes to standards and guidelines if appropriate Promote and drive Process Excellence, Lean and Six Sigma (LSS) methodology and Continuous Improvement culture as part of daily work activities. In collaboration with the key internal stakeholders gather and analyze data, perform benchmarking analysis, investigate, and analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies to seek data driven solutions, and promote best practices. Develop and deliver information sessions focusing on LSS and Continuous Improvement tools and techniques that will lead to internalizing process excellence culture across the organization. We are looking for: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or related field with a minimum of 7 years direct professional business experience in process improvement and excellence. Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean certification, Black Belt an asset Experienced in process mapping, functional analysis and bottom-up procedure development Excellent end-user documentation skills using a variety of tools/formats, visual, narrative Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset Demonstrated experience of applying process improvement techniques, tools, and methods and to make organizational changes. Experience with Agile frameworks Proficient in English, both writing and spoken. French, both written and spoken is a strong asset Strong negotiating, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) to influence all levels of management through the presentation of insight based on sound investigation experiences Ability to read and understand process, function, and data models Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of Jira and Smartsheet preferred Knowledge of Change Management Methodologies specifically Prosci is an asset Good business understanding of organizational issues and challenges and demonstrated ability of problem-solving and thinking outside the box Strong sense of ownership, accountability and dedication to results, being autonomous and able to lead projects with minimum supervision Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous and evolving situations Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively Working conditions: Work from home position, remote office. Domestic travel may be required for up to 5% of the time. This position requires a satisfactory Canadian criminal record reference check Contributes to a healthy and safe working environment.
