Under the supervision of the Director, Change Management and Process Excellence, the CM Analyst is responsible for supporting execution of the Change Management Office (CMO) strategy, coordinating data collection such as surveys and reporting across multiple projects, managing documentation, and providing general administrative support to the Transformation Office (TRO). In this role, you will: Support the execution of CMO workplan and related activities Support Change Managers and Project Managers in the execution of the change management plan across a portfolio of projects (map projects, key milestones, accomplishments, and upcoming priorities) Support the integration and standardization of change management activities across the portfolio (CM tools and templates, document access, version control and updates). Coordinate Change Management assessments, and lead data collection and analysis, review, analyse, and maintain the data as well as report on findings. Liaise between the Transformation Office, Learning & Development (L&D), and ither business units to coordinate and implement training plans. Build and maintain the project impact heatmap using data from the project portfolio and project managers i.e., milestones, key dates etc. Support the execution of standard change management activities across the project portfolio to ensure consistency in service and integration into project plan(s). Manage the master stakeholder register in partnership with the Director, Change Management & Process Excellence. Ensure stakeholder representation across the project portfolio and alignment of project activities to the people side of change. Lead maintenance and expansion of the current Change Champion Network, in collaboration with Change Managers. This includes planning, analysing, reporting, onboarding and offboarding activities, administrative tasks, and participating in regular sessions Lead CMO survey, data collection, analysis, and reporting activities. Manage data: define and implement a data management plan, with guidance and support from CMO personnel. Prepare corresponding deliverables. Facilitate the PMO Collective agenda topics, stakeholder communications and general support. We are looking for: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Data Science, Business or related field with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience Experience of supporting organizational change initiatives and collaboration with multiple stakeholders Experience with data collection and analysis is an asset with previous experience with Jira and Smartsheet preferred Change Management and/or Project Management certification and/or experience is an asset Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) Knowledge of Change Management Methodologies specifically Prosci is an asset Ability to read and understand process, function, and data models and use survey, data analysis and reporting techniques Ability to analyze, research, prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines in ambiguous and evolving situations Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Data Analytics and Business Intelligence skills to enable us to make efficient and effective decisions that improve our services and enhance performance of our teams. Strong sense of ownership, accountability and dedication to results, being autonomous and able to lead activities with minimum supervision Creative with demonstrated ability of problem-solving and thinking outside the box Strong leadership and people management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix structure. Working conditions: Work from home position, remote office. Domestic travel may be required for up to 5% of the time.
